About Martha’s Dog Grooming Retreat

Martha Valentines Dog Retreat was established by Sarah Coward. Our retreat in Chislehurst Kent provides a warm, friendly and professional atmosphere for dog grooming. Private access to enclosed and secure outside space with dog friendly artificial grass, to allow your dog to relive themselves and stretch their legs after their groom. All grooms are on a one-to-one basis; therefore, I can ensure your dog will receive my undivided attention and reassurance.

My Resident Dog:-

Martha Valentine. I met Martha at 4 weeks old & bought her back to her forever home at 8 weeks. She is now 4 years old. Full of love and loves socialising.

Additional Information:

Please note I do not groom aggressive dogs, or any dog registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act (1991).
All vaccinations must be up to date, including worming and flea treatments.
All bookings require a £10.00 non-refundable deposit. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received. We require up to 48 hours’ notice.
Additional charge of £10 will apply if dogs coat is matted & require extra time.

POLITE NOTiCE ~ PLEASE READ BELOW:

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment and ensure you are on time for collection.
You will incur a charge of £5 for every 15 minutes each way for lateness. I do NOT offer doggie day care.
Health & Safety is paramount. I’m lucky to be very busy & I cannot get my next client in the bath if I’m waiting for previous collection. This also put’s myself & clients behind schedule.
I require 24 hours notice if you have to cancel. Less than 24 hours then you will pay the full charge of “said groom booked”.
No Show / Missed Appointment:- You will be charged the “said groom booked”.
Schedule Is paramount ~ NOT ALL DOGS MIX WELL WITH OTHER DOGS.
