Additional Information:
- Please note I do not groom aggressive dogs, or any dog registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act (1991).
- All vaccinations must be up to date, including worming and flea treatments.
- All bookings require a £10.00 non-refundable deposit. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received. We require up to 48 hours’ notice.
- Additional charge of £10 will apply if dogs coat is matted & require extra time.
POLITE NOTiCE ~ PLEASE READ BELOW:
- Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment and ensure you are on time for collection.
- You will incur a charge of £5 for every 15 minutes each way for lateness. I do NOT offer doggie day care.
- Health & Safety is paramount. I’m lucky to be very busy & I cannot get my next client in the bath if I’m waiting for previous collection. This also put’s myself & clients behind schedule.
- I require 24 hours notice if you have to cancel. Less than 24 hours then you will pay the full charge of “said groom booked”.
- No Show / Missed Appointment:- You will be charged the “said groom booked”.
- Schedule Is paramount ~ NOT ALL DOGS MIX WELL WITH OTHER DOGS.
