Molly has been going to Martha’s since her first puppy cut. Sarah and her team are always so patient and kind with Molly, who by nature is a very anxious dog. They are calm and relaxed and Molly has thrived in their grooming environment. I recommend everyone I know that has a dog to Martha’s and will continue to do so as it’s the best dog grooming parlour in the Bromley borough. Thanks again for looking after my fur baby. Every time. Please note I do not groom aggressive dogs, or any dog registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act (1991).
All vaccinations must be up to date, including worming and flea treatments.
All bookings require a £10.00 non-refundable deposit. No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received. We require up to 48 hours’ notice.
Additional charge of £10 will apply if dogs coat is matted & require extra time.

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment and ensure you are on time for collection.
You will incur a charge of £5 for every 15 minutes each way for lateness. I do NOT offer doggie day care.
Health & Safety is paramount. I’m lucky to be very busy & I cannot get my next client in the bath if I’m waiting for previous collection. This also put’s myself & clients behind schedule.
I require 24 hours notice if you have to cancel. Less than 24 hours then you will pay the full charge of “said groom booked”.
No Show / Missed Appointment:- You will be charged the “said groom booked”.
Schedule Is paramount ~ NOT ALL DOGS MIX WELL WITH OTHER DOGS.
